Arrival

Option 1: At 5:45 p.m.
Option 2: At 6:45 p.m.
- Your guide will meet you at the main entrance, and the evening will begin once all participants have arrived.
- Latecomers may report to the main entrance, where a security guard will direct them to the rest of the group.
- To ensure the security of your vehicles, please park in the gated area to the left of the main entrance.
Sleeping Arrangements
Each participant should bring:
- sleeping gear (pillow, sleeping bag and extra blanket)
- warm pyjamas
- slippers or sneakers
- toiletries
- flashlight
- change of clothes
The Museum provides floor mats. Shower facilities are not available.
A Worry-Free Evening
- All staff is trained in first aid and CPR.
- All exits are protected by security alarms.
- A security guard is on the premises 24 hours a day, and can contact your group leader by radio at any time.
- The sleepover area is located near the washrooms and an emergency exit. Should it be necessary to evacuate the premises, your guide will explain the procedures to be followed.

Accompanying Adults
- A minimum of 1 accompanying adult for every 5 children is required. During the program, accompanying adults may be asked to assist the guide with certain tasks.
- During the program, an adult must accompany a child who leaves the group for any reason (to visit the washroom, for first-aid treatment, etc.).
- Accompanying adults must sleep in the same area as the children.
Wake-up and Departure
- Wake-up time is 7:00 a.m.
- The program ends at 8:15 a.m. The children may wait in the lobby at the main entrance until their parents arrive.
- One accompanying adult must stay until the last child has left.
Payment
- The Museum requires a non-refundable deposit of $100 to guarantee the reservation. Deposits may be made by telephone using Visa or MasterCard. Cheques made payable to the Canada Science and Technology Museum are also accepted.
- The balance of the account must be paid upon arrival. Only cheques are accepted on the day of the program.
We can adapt content to
accommodate groups of 35 and more.
