More Information

The Museum has much more information on cycling.

In 1984, the Museum supplemented its collection of bicycle resource material by initiating a research project documenting businesses involved with the Canadian cycle industry. Entries cover the earliest activity in the late 1870s up to the mid-1980s. Also covered are company names, addresses, dates, products made, names of owners, and references, where they are available. When there was sufficient information, a brief history was included.
