6 to 8 year olds

Junior Astronomers

Become an astronomy whiz kid by building your own telescope, and practising stargazing in the inflatable planetarium. Get ready to experiment with sunlight, create impact craters, construct a scale model of the Solar System, and explore alien life in the Universe.

Uncover the mysteries of science with a series of dazzling experiments and activities. Camp counsellors lead young scientists in activities involving chemistry, light-sensitive paper, “bubble-ology,” sound effects, and more!

Gadgets and Gizmos

Explore the world of unusual objects, from your favourite toys to trains, drains, and automobiles. Create gadgets that use wind and water power, make some funny putty, and explore sound-and light-energy gadgets.

9 to 12 year olds

Ultimate Builders

Let your creativity run wild by imagining, designing, and building models of cars, towers, and bridges. Make and take home your own tool box, construct a steam engine to power a boat, and assemble electrical circuits.

Adventures in Robotics

What are animatronics and artificial intelligence? Can robots ever replace humans? Work in teams to create and build robotic components. Build your own robot to take home, and talk with Pixel, the Museum’s friendly robot.

Adventures in Gaming - NEW

Dive into the world of computer gaming as the mastermind behind the controls in this virtual world. Explore game development as you design, build, and test your own games. Please note that software used in this camp is in English only, and will be presented bilingually by camp counsellors.

Week of August 19 only; space is limited.

Registration is online only.
Starts Monday evening, February 11, at 9 p.m.

Camp Hours

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Before-and-After Care (must be pre-booked)

Before care, 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.: $20 per week per child (*$16 for 4-day camp)
After care, 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.: $20 per week per child (*$16 for 4-day camp)

All camps are presented bilingually.

Camp prices

$200 per child (*$160 for 4-day camp)

Discounts

$190 for the 2nd or 3rd camp for same child $190 for the 2nd child in the family at a camp during same week
